The first day of construction and the fences are erected

In the lake nearest the apartments this Swan is giving the newly hatched cygnets a swimming lesson

In the photograph on the right, Camfield Drive is behind those trees. This section of fence is running at 90 degrees towards the apartments.

Helvetica Light is an easy-to-read font, with tall and narrow letters, that works well on almost every site.

To the north of the site, this Ute was parked up.

The fencing in the photos above seen 'face on' with Optus Stadium in the background.

The parked up Ute with an indication of the surcharging that took place for the apartments.

This marker indicates where the fencing will be placed, right on the edge of the lake by the apartments.

Here is an indication of just how much surcharding was needed for the apartemnts.

This is a zoomed out view from Bolton Avenue towards Optus Stadium.

Looking from the front of the apartments towards Camfield Drive

1300 Temp Fencing are the contractors,

The line of fencing running parallel with Optus Stadium.

Interesting to see that in one of the main lakes, near the Stadium has a water fountain that is just gurgling away

Fencing being delivered

This appears to be a generator being delivered.

This guy was out placing the markers to indicate the fence line.

The first line of fencing going in to place

The fencing here is right up to the edge of the road.
